Conflict Mediators Program

School Staff Training

An external evaluator from Kean University found that the Conflict Mediators Program has reduced conflicts and suspensions in schools and has had positive demonstrable results with the trained student mediators, with the students whose conflicts have been mediated, as well as with the faculty and staff of these schools.

Global Learning, Inc. has successfully collaborated with staff, students and parents at 50+ schools across New Jersey in establishing these student peer mediation programs.

Global Learning is offering this special adult training opportunity for individual schools or districts that want to establish peer mediation programs, with the option of follow-up student mediation trainings available.

Cost $200 per participant
Hours of the training are 9:00 - 2:30.
Training and implementation materials will be provided.
Coffee will be provided in the morning.
Lunch will be available for purchase (or BYO).
